Product & Pricing

1. What are your products?

Mootangpak Studio is a toy maker of Art Toys. Art Toys are toys and collectibles created by artists and designers that are either self-produced or made by small, independent toy companies, typically in very limited editions.

2. Can I pre-order items if they are out of stock?

Unfortunately, once a character has been sold out, it will be closed for pre order and we will not produce another batch for the said item. This is to maintain the exclusivity of our released art toys.

3. How much does your product cost?

The price of our product depends on the man hours required to finish each art toy because each toy is hand painted. The details in each design vary, hence it may require more hours to finish. For more information about the price of each Mootangpak characters, you may visit and browse our website.

Payment and Delivery

1. What are the payment options available?

We accept bank transfer and GCash.

Please note that if we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order will be considered void.

2. What are the delivery options available?

Self-pick up is FREE and by appointment only. Please send us your preferred date and time of pick up. The pick-up location is in Exportbank Plaza, Makati City.

Via couriers: Lalamove, Grab and LBC

If you opt to choose to be delivered via courier services, kindly send us your complete name, complete address, contact number. Shipping fee will paid by the buyer.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For pre order items, orders will be processed once the items are checked for quality and ready for delivery. We will keep you posted on the status of pre ordered items.

For items with stocks, orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. From the date of payment, delivery time is estimated to be 1-2 days for recipients within Metro Manila and 3-5 days outside Metro Manila.

Return Policy

What is the policy for refunds and exchanges?

Please note that all products are non-refundable. If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.

For all exchanges please contact us in our Facebook Account and send the following details:

a.) Date and proof of purchase

b.) Reason for exchange and photographic proof of defect/damage

If the exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Returned items must be in unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred during the exchange process. Delivery charges incurred will not be reimbursed.

If your item is out of stock, we reserve the right to credit you with the equivalent amount of store credit
